Regular Meeting Called to Order at 5PM Tuesday, June 25, 2024.

General Manager Report:

With Summer in full swing, the staff continues to reorganize the new office layout while performing repairs, new water meters and other maintenance in the field. Everyone is diligently assisting with the Tank Replacement Project and customer related issues.
This past month has had mutliple customer concerns, including one customer's house burning down. More than a few are experiencing difficulty paying their service charges, some falling farther behind than have been able to catch up. In response, we have been developing Payment Plans which can assist customers during these times of particular adjustment, and still sustain the revenue needed for the District to maintain infrastructure for water and sewer services.
The Tank Project is proceeding steadily with all the moving parts of meetings and participants and some forward momentum to accept bids toward the construction phase of this process.
