Regular Meeting Called to Order at 5PM Tuesday, May 21, 2024. 

General Manager Report:

• May went by, even more quickly than April, with projects overlapping and the shortened month ahead of Memorial Day Weekend on the 27th, to wrap it up.
• The carpet removal process had all of the staff staying a few extra evenings moving everything out and then back in again, while also maintaining a workable desk to receive customer payments, phone calls and computers on for all general operations.
• Many more water meters have been replaced since the last meeting. The staff has done so much to make this a priority alongside the daily tasks, emergency calls and everyone working together to make the floor renovation and not skip a beat.
• The Tank Project  is  proceeding with multiple moving parts, meetings and participants preparing to accept bids and move into the next phase of the process.
